Got to love the bomb, like ol' Slim Pickins. Seriously though, this is just a plan to replace the already existing stockpile of nuclear arms. I think that nukes are a necessary evil. Everyone's got to have their dicks out, and show them to everyone, and we have to have the biggest dick of them all. What worries me is that by building a nuclear manufacturing facility, it allows whatever President we might have then to build however many nukes he feels is necessary. That will probably be a bigger number than how many we currently have, simply because we cannot trust the government to ever work in moderation (re: Gov't Spending, Nat'l Debt), and a limited or temporary program under governmental control is very rarely a temporary or limited program. (re: Social Security)
