Personally, I think they should have known better and just called it "Sam's Coffee Shop". Bunch of crybabies. I realize it's some tiny, piss-ant little coffee shop. However, if I've worked hard to create a brand that is well-known nationwide, I don't want everyone across the country to think it's alright to cash in on my trademark that I've worked hard to create and build upon. Frankly, I think a coffee shop with the name "Buck" in the title is infringing on the rights of Starbucks. Besides, a ton of people nationwide are now going to frequent "Sam Buck's Coffee" in response to this, because some big bully corporate entity is walking all over the itty-bitty coffee shop owner who's just trying to make an honest living. Gimme a break.
